Dylan Hack
Founder & Principal
Dylan Hack is the founder of Hack Security Partners and a Chief Information Security Officer with more than 25 years securing the organizations attackers most want to reach — critical transportation infrastructure, life sciences and pharmaceutical organizations, national healthcare networks, and Fortune-scale enterprises.
He has served as a cybersecurity leader for critical infrastructure, life sciences, and healthcare enterprises, and spent nearly a decade at Deloitte & Touche leading cybersecurity programs for Fortune 500 clients — where he helped implement cyber programs and co-authored DevSecOps and the Cyber Imperative in The Wall Street Journal.
His results are the kind boards remember: leading a healthcare organization's post-ransomware recovery so effectively that federal regulators closed their investigation without penalty, raising its NIST CSF maturity from 1.0 to 3.6 in 18 months, and building AI governance programs — shadow AI discovery, AI agent risk assessment, security policy — before most organizations knew they needed them.
The Partners
Hack Security Partners works as a senior bench, not a body shop. Every engagement is scoped by us with specialist partners brought in where deep expertise matters — privacy counsel, cloud security engineering, offensive operations. You get exactly the seniority the problem needs, and nothing you don't.
Let's talk about where you stand.
A 30-minute conversation — your environment, your obligations, and where the real risk is. No pitch deck.
